When Contacting Support

Please include the following information if possible:

  • Plug-in name and version
  • Operating system and version
  • DAW / host application and version
  • Plug-in format used: VST3, AU, etc.
  • A short description of the issue
  • Steps to reproduce the problem
  • Screenshots, crash logs, or error messages if available

FILTRONIX Support

FILTRONIX is currently available for Windows VST3 and macOS AU.

If you are using macOS and see a security warning, this may be caused by the plug-in not being notarized with an Apple Developer certificate. Please check your macOS Privacy & Security settings and allow the plug-in manually if needed.

Intel Mac builds are currently under verification. If you experience a crash or compatibility issue on Intel Mac, please contact support with your macOS version, DAW name, and crash details.

Push and Groove is an independent audio software brand. We do our best to reply as soon as possible, but response times may vary depending on development and testing workload.
